Credit/Commercial Loan Officer
Office: Main Office - Franklin
Franklin Savings Bank is seeking a Credit/Commercial Loan Officer to join its lending team. The incumbent will be responsible and accountable for developing and expanding commercial lending relationships to both new and existing customers of the Bank.
A Bachelors degree, coupled with 3-5 years of commercial credit and/or lending experience in a bank or similar field is required. Candidates must demonstrate a solid foundation in commercial loan origination to include cash flow, financial statement and credit analysis as well as loan review. Excellent organizational, presentational and public relation skills are required. Individuals must be able to recognize opportunities to establish and build long lasting customer relationships.
Post Closing/Loan Servicing Specialist
Office: Main Office - Franklin
Franklin Savings Bank is seeking a Post Closing/Loan Servicing Specialist to join its loan operations team. The incumbent provides an accurate and efficient review of all closed loan files to ensure regulatory compliance and conformance with underwriting guidelines. This position is also responsible for servicing the bank’s loan portfolio to include residential, consumer and commercial loans.
A high school diploma or the equivalent is required along with a minimum of 3 years prior residential loan servicing/post closing experience in a bank or similar setting.

Office: Boscawen
Our Boscawen Office is looking for a part-time Teller.
This position averages approximately 20 hours per week with Saturday mornings included.
Utilizing strong sales and relationship development skills, our tellers will assist new and existing customers with a variety of retail banking related transactions.
Applicants must possess a high school diploma or the equivalent. Individuals must possess strong interpersonal and sales skills as well as the ability to listen and communicate effectively.
